Do you know what I am going to post right now? I think I am crazy to write about this stuff. But, yes, there must be something interesting in it, if I decided to write it down here. Kekeke (Hyuna's laughing sound).
Yes, I am going to review the very new MV of Hyuna, titled 'Ice Cream' which just released few days ago that has been watched by eight million people on YouTube, whether they knew her before or just visit her channel randomly. Besides, there is PSY too in this MV, as cameo who appears in few seconds in the intro of the MV. What a waste, yeah, who wants more of Gangnam Style? Probably Ice Cream Style? Well, actually I just want to review about very simple words from this MV which paste up on the Ice Cream Maker (or whatever people call it) in the beginning of MV when PSY appears: "the very hungry caterpillar"
The reason I decided to review this MV is not because of how really good or swag or sexy or whatever her potential is. But, it is because how her channel is so busy being flooded by people around the world, judge her non stop which some love her, some hate her, some do not know about her at all, some come to visit the channel just because of PSY, and so on. They hate her fashion style, her rapping, her singing, the bad English pronunciation, jealous of her being sexy, swag, and so on. On the other hand, her fans and real kpopers stand on her side. Well, I am not an anti, and not a fan, and I'm just a kpoper. So, for this review, lets put aside all of those 'shit'.
Do you know that before PSY being so famous and being praised by people around the world, Kpop already exists? Yes, HyunA too, exists as singer and rapper of girl group, named 4Minute, from CUBE Ent (the same agency ent of BEAST). Her special ability is rapping, thus her solo album is a rap album, thou sometimes she sings too. This is just for additional information, because I am afraid, you think that HyunA is just a none before becoming a cameo on (your oppa) PSY's Gangnam Style.
Back to "the very hungry caterpillar", kekeke, do you know why they (the director, the stuff, and probably HyunA too) put it on the Ice Cream Maker? Do you want to know my thought? Well, caterpillar, as I have received my literature class, I can bet this means MAN. Caterpillar or worm usually refers to man, because they have the characterization of distracting, like plants, flowers, leaf, etc (isn't it right man comes to woman somehow is distracting?). Well, in this song, HyunA explicitly tells us that she is ice cream by singing 'ice cream ice cream, I'll melt you down like ice cream' like million times. Well, she is a woman who wants to melt down man, of course. Then this intro shows us that HyunA is ready to be eaten by man (caterpillar which is very hungry). So, what is the problem for her being so sexy in her MV and having that bubble bath, or having that 'banana boat riding dance' out of nowhere? LOL. Is there any problem for you to keep flooding her channel, by saying, 'what? she just sells sex!' or 'its just about her sexiness'. Well, she has been like that, for aiming the caterpillar to eat her. Now, problem solves. If you still don't understand, you may upgrade your very hungry curiosity on other MV reviews. LOL.
And, about the 'grammatical error signs' being held by the cameos on the mob, don't you think that this is put it there in purpose? Ehmm, how to say it, firstly, do you know that every person on earth can't ignore ice cream if it comes in front of their nose? Yes, that's the main point. These signs are to show us that everyone has their own hopes, business, silliness, and mistakes. But, when it comes to ice cream, everyone can forget it, and melt. Even, the clown and cotton candy can't melt them down, but when HyunA and his ice cream truck comes, all melt down, even girls being poisoned too by her charm. This shows us the power of this 'ice cream'.
Do you know what 'banana boat riding dance' I refer to? LOL. This is just a name I give to this dance scene (in the sand of beach, I think these men are banana boats -_____- don't you think so?):
